At VeeuWna™, we want customers to feel confident when ordering home goods from our store. This policy explains how eligible return requests are reviewed and how refunds are handled after an approved return is completed.

30-Day Return Window

If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, you may submit a return request within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and kept in its original condition. When available, please include the original packaging when sending the item back. Return Process

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. VeeuWna™ will cover return shipping only when the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

After the returned package is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is related to a mistake made by VeeuWna™.
